Program or order of service?
“Funeral program” and “funeral order of service” can describe the same kind of printed guide. The wording varies between families and regions. This maker uses editable headings so you can call the document a memorial program, a celebration of life or an order of service without changing how the booklet works.
Choose half-letter for the finished size
For US Letter home printing, choose “Half-letter booklet / US Letter printing” in the Design tab. Individual pages measure 5.5 × 8.5 inches. The home-print export places two pages side by side on 11 × 8.5 inch landscape sheets. Selecting A5 instead creates a different size designed around A4 paper, so choose the format before preparing the final preview.
Build the content in sections
Put the person’s name, life dates, service date and venue on the cover. Add a running order, obituary-style tribute or readings as inside sections. Agree the order with the officiant or host. Four pages suit a short program; eight or twelve leave more space. If the wording overflows the chosen length, the PDF generator stops and explains what needs changing. It does not discard the excess text.
Know what the purchase includes
The £14.99 one-time price is charged in GBP; your card provider may convert it or charge a foreign-currency fee. The pack includes reading-order pages, a home-print layout, a 4 × 6 inch memorial card and an A3 welcome board. The board remains A3 even when the booklet uses Letter. Confirm print sizes with your provider before ordering printed copies. This is a digital-download service, not a mailed product.
Return to your work safely
Use Save project to download the editable JSON file. It contains the entered words and photograph, and includes the recovery code when available. Open it in the maker to continue later. Keep it securely: anyone who receives the file can see its contents, and the purchase code allows access to the paid export. The PDF itself is a finished document, not the editable source.
