For a purchase problem, include the email used at checkout, your Stripe receipt reference and the approximate time of purchase. Please do not send card details or family photographs unless we specifically need them to investigate your issue.

Continuing on another device

Use Restore purchase in the editor with your recovery code, then Open project to load the JSON backup you saved. A recovery code restores access, not an online copy of the design. Keep your files private.
