Your purchase
£14.99 is a one-off price in GBP for a digital pack for one memorial: 4-, 8- or 12-page booklet, home-print booklet layout, memorial card and welcome board. No printed items, postage or subscription are included. Revisions and repeat downloads for the same memorial are included while the service is available. Save your final PDFs locally; continuing website availability is not guaranteed.
Preview and compatibility
Use the free watermarked PDF preview before purchase. You need a current browser with JavaScript, an internet connection and a PDF reader. The booklet supports A5 and half-letter; home printing uses A4 or US Letter. The card is 4 × 6 inches; the welcome board is A3. Files use RGB color with white margins, not bleed. Check your printer accepts the format.
Payment and delivery
Stripe processes payments. Download access is supplied after a completed payment is verified, normally on returning from checkout. Delayed payment methods may require you to restore access later. Keep the project backup and recovery code provided before checkout, and your payment receipt. If payment succeeds but access fails, contact us with your receipt and approximate purchase time; do not pay again.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge losing the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. A copy of this information and your chosen consent wording is included in the downloadable project backup. If supply has not begun, contact us to request cancellation within the applicable cancellation period. This does not affect statutory rights where content is faulty, not as described or unfit for its stated purpose.
Problems and refunds
If an export is faulty or unavailable, email [email protected] with your purchase reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, including correction or refund where required. We do not operate a blanket no-refunds policy. Please do not send card details.
Your content and revisions
You remain responsible for spelling, dates, the ceremony order and permissions to reproduce words and photographs. This is a design tool, not religious, funeral, legal or professional advice. We do not supply copyrighted hymn or song lyrics. You retain ownership of your content. We process it only as needed to create the requested previews and exports.
Saving and recovery
The browser draft is not permanent cloud storage. Clearing site data, private browsing or changing devices can remove it. The recovery code restores download access, not the wording or photographs. The project file restores the design and may also contain the code. Keep both secure. A finished PDF cannot be reopened as an editable project in this maker.
Purchase record and cancellation request
Save these terms and the project backup for your records. To request cancellation where a right remains, email: “I wish to cancel my digital pack purchase”, followed by your name, purchase date and Stripe receipt reference. You may use any equally clear statement. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
