Your draft and photograph
Entered details and the selected photograph are processed in your browser while you edit. A draft is saved to this browser’s local storage for the requested save-and-resume function. If you select a language, an essential preference cookie remembers UK or US English for up to one year. Switching language does not rewrite your personal wording or change an existing project’s paper size. No advertising cookies, third-party trackers or analytics scripts are included in this release.
Creating PDFs
When you request a preview or export, the design is sent over an encrypted connection to our PDF generator. The information is used to generate that response; the application does not keep a server-side copy of your booklet or photographs. Hosting providers may retain technical security and request logs under their own retention policies. Do not include information you are not authorized to use.
Payments and recovery
Stripe processes payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We send the product, price, consent record and a cryptographic recovery reference to Stripe, not your booklet text or photograph. The payment reference and recovery code are stored in this browser and in any project backup you save. Treat the code like a password.
Why we process information
We use design information and purchase references to provide the service you request and manage the contract. Technical request information is used for security and fault diagnosis. Payment and accounting records are retained where legally required. Support emails are retained as needed to resolve the inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and contact
You can remove the locally saved draft through your browser’s site-data settings after saving a backup. For questions or requests about personal information, email [email protected]. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
